How to order
Ordering process
- Contact us via email or Instagram with your event date, theme, and quantity needed.
- We’ll send you a custom quote based on your order details.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
- Final payment is due 7 days before your pickup or delivery date.
- Orders are available for local pickup in Las Vegas, NV. Local delivery may be available — ask us!
Lead time
We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for all custom orders. For large orders (50+ cookies) or during peak holiday seasons, please allow 3–4 weeks. Last-minute orders may be accommodated based on availability — just ask!

Where do I order custom sugar cookies in Las Vegas?

How far ahead should I order?
We need at least two weeks for custom Las Vegas orders. For 50+ cookies or busy holidays, plan for three to four weeks. Ask if you’re closer than that—we sometimes have room.
Pickup or delivery in Las Vegas?
Orders are for local pickup in Las Vegas, NV. Delivery may be available—ask when you book. We’re by appointment only.
What kinds of decorated cookies do you make?
Birthday sets, wedding and bridal favors, party and event themes, and fully custom Las Vegas cookie designs. A 50% non-refundable deposit holds your date; final payment is due 7 days before pickup or delivery.

Policies
Refund & cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before your order date will forfeit the deposit but will not be charged the remaining balance.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the order date are subject to the full order amount.
- If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. We will do our best to make it right.
- Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Sugar Kisses LV collects only the personal information you provide to us (such as your name, email address, phone number, and event details) for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored by us. By contacting us or placing an order, you consent to this privacy policy.
Allergen notice
Our cookies are made in a home kitchen that processes wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy. They may also come into contact with tree nuts. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
